Disability check-up health camps in rural and slum regions are run by the A.P.S.F.E.W. Organization to aid those who are in need but don't know how to receive help. Children with physical and mental disabilities receive therapy and career coaching from us. We accept these cases into our facility and offer free medical advice. We offer them with an environment in which they may not only live a normal life but also get free medical consultation, counselling, and vocational assistance for both physically and psychologically impaired people.
Mentally retarded people are living longer and becoming more integrated into their societies. The A.P.S.F.E.W. of Nizamabad Persons with mental retardation should be organised in a way that ensures continuity of care, maintains thorough treatment documentation, conducts routine periodic health screenings, and is aware of the special medical and behavioural issues that affect this population. If doctors acquaint patients with the office and personnel, plan for problematic behaviours, and use moderate sedation when necessary, office visits can be beneficial. Some mental retardation disorders have distinct medical and behavioural characteristics.
