A.P State Forum Voluntary Organisation

A.P State Forum Voluntary Organisation was set up as a Non-Profit Organisation for last 20 years in Nizamabad. We help and guide parents/guardians of children with MR regarding diagnosis and evaluation of brain-related disabilities. We Run This Organisation under the financial assistance of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment GOI.

We run a special school for Mentally Retarted Children. It is a residential based school with day care. The total strength of school is 85. We run this by special teachers who are qualified. This school is situated in NIzamabad town, with all necessary facilities.

OUR VISION

The organization is focusing on sustainable develpment process to achieve peace and just society through empowering the oppressed communities of society such as women, disabled and children.

OUR MISSION

Though regular efforts Empowering the differently -abled, Survivor of violence, landless Farmers, Rural poor, High Risk Groups, to access the services of educational, livelihood, counseling and leadership development.

OUR GOAL

To establish institutional services such as special education, training in self-help skills, orientation and mobility training for disabled such as mentally challenged children, Visually Impaired and institutional care for senior citizens
